WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

It is likely that your email provider has a strong spam filter (good for you!) and your email confirmation is likely residing in there! If you are using Gmail, it is likely your confirmation is in the promotions tab. Please drag it to your normal inbox so you don't miss any other updates about your order! If it is not in either of those places, please email our customer service team at support@macien.com.
